If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality, stitching, fabric, or workmanship, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Once you report an issue, our Quality Control Department will review your complaint and respond promptly. After inspection, we may offer:

A store credit for future purchases (only in case of a major fault)
