Refund Policy

At Skywish Fashion, we are committed to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. While we hope you are delighted with your purchase, we do not offer any return or exchange under normal conditions. We only offer Conditional Exchange if you face quality issues with the product.

Conditional Exchange (Quality Issues Only)

If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality, stitching, fabric, or workmanship, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once you report an issue, our Quality Control Department will review your complaint and respond promptly. After inspection, we may offer:

  • An exchange, OR

  • A store credit for future purchases (only in case of a major fault)

Proof of Purchase

To complete your exchange request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding:

  • Approval of the refund, OR

  • Rejection of the refund

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company — processing times may vary

  3. Contact your bank — refunds may take time to be posted

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
